We ship your products by Poslaju, or major courier services company like AirPak, SkyNET, GD Express, CityLink, Nationwide, and etc.
All products sell in this website are available most of the time and are subject to availability. In the event of any insufficient stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our own discretion. In the event that we are unable to supply the product and decide to cancel the order, we shall notify you within 3 working days and shall reimburse your payment in full to you within 30 days.
To place an order, the buyers/shoppers/users/visitors are required to provide us the complete details, including accurate buyer's personal information and all necessary payment details. We ship internationally and domestic, however we only ship to physical addresses and DO NOT ship to P.O. Box or Mailbox Addresses.
Cancellation Refund Request
We do accept order cancellation refund request within 6 hours upon order placement or prior to delivery of products. We do not accept order cancellation and will not accept any refund request if orders has been processed and in the midst of delivery.
Return Exchange Request
We accept return exchange request for certain products, which are being clearly specified in our website that return exchange request is allowed. In the event of return exchange is needed, buyer should be responsible for all processing shipping fees incurred for the process.
Return Exchange Policy
We accept return for an exchange on certain merchandise, which are being clearly specified that return for exchange is allowed. Not all products sold in our website are returnable, especially those are sold during clearance sales event/period.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email us to request a return for an exchange and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Deliver your returned item to the address we advise during the return request.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items can not be returned if they have been worn, technically or purposely altered, malfunctioning due to not following usage guidelines/instructions, and/or fall out of manufacturer warranty period.
