• Does the camera record audio?
  No, this camera only records video.


• When you say it has "Laser Sighting" does that mean there is a red laser on all the time while I am driving?
  NO. The laser only turns on for 5 seconds, just long enough for you to adjust the camera sighting when you are setting up. After that you will not see the laser unless you want to see it by pressing the sighting button.
