Upon receiving your item, please inspect whether the item is in good condition. If yes, you will be required to sign off the Delivery Documents to acknowledge your good acceptance. You will receive our call for the discussion of delivery time which you prefer and we able to.
Transport Charges: The charge of transport will be the same even you take 2 or more items in the same order (included installation).
(Counted per Trip) Exp: You order 1 item with us in KL area, the delivery charge will be RM30. In the same way, if you order for few items to send in the same place the charge of transport will still remain with RM30 only.
We advise our customers to make sure the size of items is fit for their place and inspect the furniture carefully for damages before acknowledging the acceptance note. Since there may be a possibility of manufacturing defects or even furniture being damaged during transportation. As we do not responsible for damages of stocks after the delivery that had made and had acknowledged condition of stock is good.
Minor scratches and dents are considered touch-up issues. In such rare cases, we will responsible for touch up or repaired before customer acknowledgment of stocks.
If the customer insists for a return of stocks (not due to defective of stocks/ mistakes of the seller), buyer need ship the items back to us at his/her own cost and bear your own risk for damaged/loss of items during the return of shipment back to us. Therefore, 20% of the returned items actual price may be charged as administrative fee unless the product has defected before customer received or wrong product delivered due to our error.
Cancellation of the order must be notified to us within 24 hours. Cancellation of orders cannot be accepted if the products already sent out to our 3rd party logistic.
At any time or date named by Pusat Perabot Anika for delivery is given and intended as an estimation only(some stocks may reach advance/ delay). We are always trying our best to fulfill the date and time as stated at your most satisfaction and convenience as our valuable customers.
