OVERVIEW
Improving the performance of Shimano’s XT and XTR 11-speed rear derailleurs is easy with our pulleys. The CeramicSpeed Pulleys last longer and have less frictional drag than stock pulleys.
We have two options with XT/XTR. The first is machined aluminum pulleys that run on our CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings built with CeramicSpeed Balls installed in hardened-steel races.
These test better than anything else on the market. The second is machined titanium pulleys with our stock CeramicSpeed balls installed in our coated, hardened-steel races. These are more durable both at the pulley and in the bearing.

The machined titanium pulleys last three times longer than those made of machined aluminum.
The Coated Bearings decrease drag by over 50% compared to our standard bearings. They last 60% longer than our standard bearings.
There upper and lower pulleys are different, are visibly marked as such, and have directional arrows etched on them.
These pulleys are compatible with all Shimano XT/XTR 11-speed rear derailleurs.
The kits come with both CeramicSpeed oil and grease. The bearings come with oil in them already. The grease is for you to apply if you’re expecting particularly wet and dirty conditions. Go to our maintenance tab for details on how to apply the grease.
