** Kindly email us the Successful Transaction Details or the print screen of your Online Receipt, or Money/Pos Order Receipt Number together with your Order Number, Full Name Total Amount Sent once you have made the payment through one of the above payment methods.

1. We will process the order within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluded Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) from the date the order was confirmed.

3. Orders will deliver by PoslajuNational Courier, Skynet, GDexand TA-Q-BIN.

Please do take note that if you missed collection with the postman on their delivery attempt, you will have to make arrangement with them for a re-delivery, or collect it from a relevant courier branch office which they assign on their notification slip within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery attempt.
(Buyers is responsible any of the delay due to the addressee not around at the time of courier attempting the delivery. We will leave the remark if buyers request 'Please Call' or 'Urgent' message, but this service is out of our control, that's due to the responsible of the relevant postman / courier officer who deliver your parcel on that day)
5. Tracking number will be update to the system after order dispatched. Please take note that most courier system is not updated online, we advice you to check after 24 hours receiving this number.
6. Combine shipping allowed and will pack with bubble wrap bags + Fragile Sticker for fragile items.
7. Dongdaemun Market reserves the right to refuse any order. In such case, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the payment in full.

Warranty and Return Policy:
1. 100% of all delivered products will be tested before shipping and we guarantee that all our products you get will be working all right.
2. Please take note all the products in our store only provide 7 calendar days warranty start from the date your received your goods.
3. We only responsible to items by manufacturer defects or items missing / broken during delivery transit, other reason won't be accept / entertain.
4. In case of missing / defective parts, please notify us (by email only) not later than 7 calendar days after you received the item. Your questions/concerns will be responded by email within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Buyers may contact us (by email only) on the weekends or pubic holidays and we will respond on the next working day.
5. All the notify email over 7 calendar days won't be accept / entertain.
6. All returned item must be in original condition (so that we able to proceed the warranty claim from the relevant supplier). Buyers must provide shipment date, tracking number of the returned / defects items to us during the delivery progress, otherwise warranty won't be entertain.
7. Buyer will bear / responsible for all the freight handling / shipping fees to reship the package.
8. Payment claims / refunds only applicable for item price, shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility which is not refundable. (Kindly provide correct bank account info with relevant bank account number and bank account holder's full name)
9. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
