    Confume Squid Ink Hair Color & Dye 5N- Brown (No Ammonia)

    No ammonia ,No PPD & low allergy with protection of hair and scalp healthy and glossy dying with natural coloring

    Description:

    • Healthy and glossy hair with natural squid ink:The product contains a molecule structure very close to the melanin (Eumelanin) found in hair, and so it causes less damage to the hair or stimulation to the scalp compared to chemical hair dyes. With the excellent 'Color Lock System' this effective dye offers clear color to gray hair after operation. Also, mucopolysacharide and taurine give softness and gloss to the hair.
    • No PPD & low allergy:P-phenylenediamine, which has a higher allergy occurrence, is not used. So the product is milder and has a lesser chance of allergic reactions than that of other hair dyes.
    • No ammonia & low stimulation:As irritating ammonia is not used, the product has minimized its stimulation to the scalp and eyes. Also, by using the natural materials of black bean, calendula and Chamomile extracts, it protects the scalp and hair and maintains healthy hair after dyeing.
    • Powerful hair protection with the vitamin capsules:Vitamin E (blue capsule) and vitamin C (orange capsule) makes the color of the hair dye clearer, and powerful antioxidant functions protect the hair, prevents discoloration and maintains color over time.
    How to use:

    1.Mix the desired amount of the 1st dose and the 2nd dose by a ratio of 1:1 and put it in a mixing container. Mix well with the enclosed dyeing comb.

    2.While dividing the hairs with the comb, apply the mixed cream to areas with more grey or white hair and move on to areas with fewer such hairs.

    3.For the areas near the roots of hair or where coating is difficult, use the brush on the other side of the comb and apply taking care not to contact the scalp.

    Indication:

    After dying:

    *The color could be blotchy on hair that has gone through hair manicure or coating.

    *The hair color could differ according to room temperature when you dyed your hair, and your hair color before you dyed your hair.

    *The color could be lighter, the more white hair there is, and the color will be darker the longer you leave the dye on your hair.

    Contents: Dye 60g, oxidizong agent 60g ,treatment 40g, dye comb & 1 pair of gloves.

    Undeliverable Package

    There are several reasons that our carriers deem a package undeliverable.

    Incorrect Address
    If the address is incorrect or outdated, the shipment(s) will return to us. Do remember, to write a complete and full address in the shipping bill form.

    Reject by Recipient
    If recipient refuses to accept package, the package(s) will return to us. Do remember to notify recipient (if it is a gift/surprise/etc) after you have made the order.

    Courier Mistakes
    In rare cases, if the address label became illegible(unreadable) during shipping and handling process, the package(s) will be returned to us.

    Unattended Package
    Please note that your parcel will be returned to sender if it is unattended for a period time (eg. 14 day for Pos Laju) after you receive notification from carrier provider. A redeliver shipping charges will apply if you require us to send back the item to you.

    Refunds:

    In the event of loss, late delivery or dissatisfaction with the product supplied and a replacement is not acceptable, the goods need not be returned (unless required by Skynet /PosLaju for their investigations) but a full refund will be sent. If initial payment was by Bank In, then the refund will be made back to your Account. If however payment was by cheque, then the refund will be posted to you by cheque promptly. Our major concern is to maintain our happy relationship with you our customer. If the goods ordered were a gift to a third party, the parcel is sent not only with your message but a note (and SAE) asking them (your giftee) to contact us immediately if they feel the goods are not in perfect condition or they believe the postal / courier services may have failed to deliver promptly. We suggest that we will attend to this without any fear of embarrassment to you. We feel this is what you the donor would want us to do on your behalf.

    Payment:

    Although our customers offer payment at the time of placing their order, it is our policy not to action Credit Cards or cash cheques until the week in which the goods are to be despatched. Many of our customers submit their Christmas Orders in October and their payment therefore, may not be processed for almost eight weeks. Payment online is through our own bank the Royal Bank of Scotland which is totally secure (BS7799 - Code of Practice for Information Security Management).

    VAT:

    Currently Smoked Scottish salmon is exempt from VAT within the UK. There are some countries where there will be some excise duty due - on the whole most countries do not pursue this on small quantities. When shipping via DHL they will apply whatever duties are applicable and if we know about this beforehand we will inform you - Australia is certainly a country where duties make it impracticable to send smoked Scottish salmon. Any duties payable will be paid by us to DHL. If these have not been taken into consideration at the time of placing your order we will contact you.

    Policy: It has always been Beauty Marts's policy to treat our customers in exactly in the way we like to be treated ourselves. You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.

     

    Data and Privacy: The information collected from you at the time you place an order either on you or those you gift to will be stored in our database and is used solely to carry out your instructions and action your payment.     Complaints: Clearly we take any complaint very seriously and would expect to contact you almost by return - but at Christmas time this might lead to a delay of 24 hours. It is an all hands on deck (parcel packing) scenario at this time of year.

    Law and Jurisdiction: Any contract for your purchase from Beauty Aloha is governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of Malaysia, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

    Final Note: We suppose because we have always enjoyed an open and trusting relationship with our existing customers, it grieves us to have to write down what has just been mutually understood between us over so many years.
