How to Buy?
Method 1: For Lelong User.

We allowed combine shipping for customer who purchase more than 1 item.
Lelong system automated combine shipping. For item not over 1kg only. Lets explain with an example:-
Buyer buys 3 items using the Shopping Cart:
Item A: Shipping fee RM8
Item B: Shipping fee RM20
Item C: Shipping fee RM12
System will pick up the most expensive Shipping fee, which is RM20 in this case, and add RM3 to each additional items.
In this example, the total shipping fee will be:
RM20 + RM3 + RM3
Delivery within Malaysia via Skynet or POSLAJU:
Products will be sent out within 2-4 working days after confirming of payment.
Product will be send daily, every Monday to Thursday.
We do not Deliver items during Friday, Saturday and Sunday to avoid damage/lost during weekend transit.
If you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 7 days of the order date and issue a full refund.

If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. smart saveline will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit

Please follow the steps mentioned below to claim warranty / return goods:

3. We will accept your requirement of returning if all the solutions are not workable.
4. You have to immediately send the items together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.
5. We will inform you once we receive the returned goods. Replacements or repaired items will be shipped back via regular air mail with prior notice.
