Terms and Conditions
The terms ‘we’ and ‘us’ mean CaseYours and ‘you’ means the customer.
All sales are FINAL unless the products received are defective/broken/mismatched.
We only accept items return within 14 days after purchase.
Items to be returned must be in SEALED condition
CaseYours reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice.
Place order only if you agree with our terms and conditions.
In the event of items out of stock after payment, you may:
o order another item of similar price
o order another item of lesser price with the rest money refunded
o order item or higher price and pay the extra
o choose to get complete refund
Warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse of the product.
Within the warranty period, a new unit will be replaced without any charges for parts and labour.
Shipping fee is bear by seller for defective, wrong product sent.
Shipping fee is bear by buyer for incorrect order detail, order modification such as changing color and model.
We reserve the rights to replace the product with the same or equivalent product.
Replacement of product does not in any way renew or extend the warranty period.
Warranty is only applicable to the buyer of the product.
Please make sure that the product is properly packaged to ensure that no damage occurs to the product during transit.
Please take note that it takes 3-5 working days for the verification process of product replacement.
The warranty does not cover damage or loss incurred during transportation of the product.
Warranty void if there is physical damage on the products or the product box is lost.
Exchange and Refund Policy
Requesting exchange/refund of goods is available within 30 days of receiving goods for defective goods, 7 days for incorrect order detail, incorrect address, change of mind, order modification such as changing color and model.
Goods will be shipped out within 2 days after approval process.
Requests for exchange/refund after said period (on clause 1.) upon receiving goods will not be entertained.
Customers must ensure that the returned goods are in the same condition when they first received it.
Defective or incomplete item caused by buyer is not eligible for exchange/refund.
Shipping fee is borne by CaseYours for defective, wrong product sent.
Shipping and additional processing fee of RM3 is borne by buyer for incorrect order detail, incorrect address, change of mind, order modification such as changing color and model.
Customers must provide the tracking number to us once the parcel has been shipped either via SMS or WhatsApp.
It will take 1 working day for us to check the condition of the goods returned.
Amount of refund will be transferred within 3 working days.
