We will send out all the orders in next day after payment received.
if we fail to do that, we will post on home page.
Please take notice that very large quantities may require additional time.
And sometime will take 2-5 working days to get your orders shipped out to you.
For customer who use GIRO / Interbank Transfer, please do anticipate for delays in shipping out of the ordered products.
We will contact you immediately if we anticipate undue delays.
After payment make, please send notice to us with details of your payment.
When payment confirmed receive , your items will post the next day. Exclude public holiday and Weekend.
After item was sent, we will update your tracking number on your order.
We allow combined shipping. Shipment will be via Poslaju or other courier services.
We reserve the rights to select the shipping method and carriers to meet your requirement.
Currently we only ships within Malaysia.
Wenz House is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers,
including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays,
disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages,
charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection,
the courier service may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
Shipping details that customer key in during checkout are final,
we will send out the item to the address according to the details provided by the customer during checkout.
If there’s any mistake or changes customer wish to correct,
please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to resolve the problem.
Wenz House will not be responsible for item or parcel lost made by courier service,
our team will try our best to help you to resolve the problem.
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions for Sale of Products shall apply to all purchase and
sales contracts of Products entered into between Yee Yee Baby House and Customers.
Wenz House may modify these Terms and Conditions
without obtaining the individual approval of the Customer in advance.
Warranty and Return Policy
Please follow the steps mentioned below to claim warranty / return goods:
1. Contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed description and photos or videos if possible, and we will confirm whether it is operational problem or quality problem.
2. We will advise you with possible resolutions after our confirmation.
3. We will accept your requirement of returning if all the solutions are not workable.
4. You have to immediately send the items together with the original packaging and
accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.
5. We will inform you once we receive the returned goods.
Replacements or repaired items will be shipped back via regular air mail with prior notice.
If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
Yee Yee Baby House will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit
Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt),
your refund will be processed and we will contact you to arrange the refund.
