    How does the Lelong's Buyer Protection Program work?

    If you made a purchase at Lelong from a BPP qualified seller and did not receive your item, please try to contact the seller to resolve the matter. Often it is just a miscommunication or misunderstanding problem.

    Allow enough time to receive the item - usually 7-14 days. Keep in mind that the seller needs time to receive and confirm payment and ship out the item. If it is still unresolved, follow the steps below to make a BPP claim.

    To process a claim, you need to submit the following documents no later than 60 days from date of when a claim file is opened:

    1. The fully completed and personally signed Buyer Protection Program form.
    2. Police report must be filed. The backup copy of the police report, photo copy or scan copy. (Compulsory)
    3. Emails communication / SMS with the seller.
    4. Any other information or documents reasonably required by Lelong.

    Lelong reserves the right to make a final decision at our sole discretion on any claim and make changes to this policy from time to time as it deems fit.

    Shipping and handling rates are determined by the total weight / dimension of all of the merchandise ordered, secured wrapping and packing cost, also handling cost from our warehouse to Pos office.

    2. That the cost of returning the equipment back to Smart Quay Technologies shall be borne by the customer. Smart Quay Technologies shall bear the delivery cost of sending the replaced equipment to the customer.

    3. That the replaced unit shall be of the same specifications to the original purchased equipment. In the event, there is non availability of the equipment with the same specifications, Smart Quay Technologies may provide an equipment of comparable specifications.

    4. That if in the opinion of Smart Quay Technologies, the equipment is deliberately, willfully or intentionally damaged, no one to one exchange or replacement would be entertained by Rentwise.

    5. That the maximum number of one to one exchange shall be limited to once for every purchased.



    Scenario 1:

    All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.
    In this case we will ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives or we will refund to you for those items out of stock.

    Scenario 2:

    The product was already out of stock when you made the order.
    In this case we will ship all products in the order only when the new stock for the out of stock product arrives However, in some situations we might ship the products that are available first.

    Product(s) sold through Smart Quay Technologies are serviced and supported by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products.

    Please ship back the product(s) to the respective shipping branch in the original packaging with any accessories as advised by the Customer Service Support. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty.

    We will not accept return of product(s) that are not compatible with your system configuration or damaged during shipment to and fro or misused by customer / shipping carrier or hold by custom.
