If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your purchase to us for a replacement. Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us.
Simply return the item or items to the address below at YOUR expense. Our company policy only accepts for product replacement, subject to our stock availability. Shipping charges are not refundable for all purchases. Customer is also responsible for the cost of return shipping. Embroidered, altered, or custom Striped items are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable. All items must be returned in its original packaging with all the components included. For clothes and garments, item must be returned unworn and unwashed with the label (if applicable) still attached.
For all returned item(s), you are required to provide us with the following:

3) Contact number
Damaged/ shortages products or Incorrect Orders
Please be reminded that, it is your duty to check the item to make sure we are sending the correct quantity and the item is in good condition before you sign to accept the item from the courier company. Report to us immediately if you see the item(s) is/are damaged and take a photo immediately, so that we can claim from the courier company. Otherwise, you will have to bear the shipping charges.
