All payment is to be made VIA NETPAY
Item will be delivered within max of 3 working days via the local courier company and shall reach the buyer within 3-5 working days. ( Semenanjung Malaysia )
Item shall reach the buyer within 3-5 working days (max) for buyer from Sabah / Sarawak.
Item which bought on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered by the next working day.
Shipment Receiving Guidelines
1. Please make sure that the address is complete and correct as it valid and buyer is responsible to accept the item during the delivery. Item which are not accepted within 7 days upon arrival will be return back to us and buyer will be charged on the return charges and less 10% management cost from item cost + shipping charges.
2. For insurance purposes many packages will require a signature. You must be present to receive, inspect, and sign for your delivery if a signature is required.
3. Before signing/receiving the package:
a. Check to ensure you have received the proper number of packages
b. Check for damaged packaging
4. When signing for the package it is very important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the packing slip before you sign. Your signature indicates acceptance, and if you simply sign without inspecting the packaging or its contents, then you are accepting the shipment “as is”. If you did not receive the proper number of packages or if any items appear as if they could be damaged, make sure you note this prior to signing. If damages or shortages are not recorded the shipping company will not honour insurance claims and unfortunately we will not be able to honour our return policy.
5. Immediately unpack all contents to ensure that you were shipped the correct items. If there are any damages or shortages they must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) using our Return Policy or email to us to email@example.com
It is important to us that we ship your purchase as quickly as possible. We typically ship in-stock orders within 1-3 working days ( Selangor, Malaysia ). In some instances when items are thought to be in stock but are not available you will be notified via email of the options available to you prior to your order shipping. Please note we reserve the right not to ship any orders for any reason. If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution.

Returning/Cancelling Your Order(s)
at Babywinks, we offers 14 day RETURN POLICY on all returnable products which are ;
1. Malfunctioning upon the first time of using any electrical items. (Buyer are responsible to inform us within 24 hours of acceptence.)
2. Unfit the sizes of clothing purchased.
3. Damaged/ Broken / Torn during acceptance. ( Please refer to the Shipment Receiving Guidelines item #4)
4. Unsatisfied with items ; We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason we will gladly issue an exchange or refund on all products purchased at regular price. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging (un-opened). For clothing, toys, or other items without a box the original tags must be intact. Please present the buying receipt.
Sale Price Purchases
Products purchased online at a sale price may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the date the item arrived at your door. Returns on sale items do not qualify for free return shipping and the return must be done at the customer’s expense.
Please contact our customer service team at Email : firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your return label. For approved returns, we will send a return shipping label via email / sms. You have 10 days from the time of delivery to ship the item back to us in its original condition.
*Please note that shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable.
