- Please ensure your name, shipping address and contact number is correct.
- All orders will be processed within 72 hours from the time of payment received and will be sent out during weekday except public holiday.
- Delivery normally take 1-3 working days for addresses within Peninsular Malaysia and 2-5 working days for Sabah and Sarawak.
- Customer will be informed of courier tracking number via Lelong Update Shipping Details / SMS once order is shipped.
- Delivery update is sometimes out of our control due to addressee not around at time of delivery, location address error, public holidays or delivery workload of PosLaju.
- Please contact us if your parcel is not received within 4 working days after shipment. We shall not be responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from shipment date.

· The item must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
· All sealed goods must not be opened
· The proof of purchase such as order number, delivery note, bank statement and etc.
However, this does not apply to the sale or clearance items in which we already mentioned no refund nor return will not be entitled for this.
Warranty by Superway
- 3 months warranty upon general manufacturing defect from date of receive.
- It does not cover any form physical damage to the device unintentional or otherwise.
For warranty claims:
STEP 1: Whatapps 012-5073556 or Email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following details:
- Contact number
- Delivery address
- Order Number
- Details of the fault
- Attached Invoice/Order Delivery/ Consignment Note
- Attached photo / video of faulty product
STEP 2: Return shipping fee will be borne by the customer and we recommend that a registered delivery service (with tracking number) be used. The returned product must be accompanied with its original packaging (merchandise sticker still intact) and provided accessories otherwise will not be accepted.
STEP 3: Once we receive returns product will contact buyer to confirm with it, item will be replaced if a claim is made within one month of the purchase. Claims made after that period will be considered as a standard claim. Warranty repairs will take between 2-5 weeks (send back to factory).
