YL Camera DO NOT accept cash deposit. It's raises issues for both buyer and seller.
If you do not/unable to apply bank account/online banking/credit card due to certain reasons, you may ask someone who does to help make payment. If you are in Klang Valley you can visit our store anytime.
If you insist to pay via cash deposit machine, order will not be processed. No refund will be given. Please ask the bank you make deposit to withdraw back the cash for you.

We ship to any address in Malaysia using GD Express and CITY-LINK Express courier service. All express couriers cannot ship to P.O. BOX and jail. For high security premises such as military base, special government building, please check with your security/admin for more information prior making orders.
All parcels are being insured. Customers do not need to make any special request on shipping insurance. YL Camera take full responsibility for any damage or lost during delivery. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy for more info.
Once the parcel is shipped out, we will send you the tracking link via email and Whatsapp.
All shipping dates are in business days. Business days is Monday to Friday only, excludes all public holiday. All express couriers and postal services in Malaysia only operate half day on Saturday. We therefore cannot assume courier service will make delivery on Saturday.
In stock items are shipped out next business days after order is placed. Shipment will arrive the next following business day. Shipment to rural areas will take additional 1-2 business days especially rural villages, towns and islands in Sabah & Sarawak.
Pre-order items are imported goods and shipment from overseas could take up to one month or longer depending on manufacturer stocks availability.

For international shipment, we ship to Singapore and Thailand using TNT express courier. At checkout the system will automatically calculate the shipping charges.

All items sold by YL Camera are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor. All items needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service. In the event that customer choose to send in warranty claim items, customer will be responsible for paying all shipping charges. Warranty card (if applicable) and sales slip must accompany all items.
YL Camera is not liable for lost or damage results from return shipment.
YL Camera is not liable for the time length manufacturer/distributor takes to perform warranty service.
YL Camera is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.
All used equipment sold by YL Camera has a 90-days warranty.
There is no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on any item sold by YL Camera.
YL Camera will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. YL Camera liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.

YL Camera return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you receive the items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Received date is the date the parcel is delivered, as shown on express courier tracking system.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The items must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Wear and tear goods such as filter, cleaning tools, chemical and film cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Pre-order items are specially ordered for customer. Pre-order items are not entitled for return or refund.
Clearance items are not entitled for return or refund.
Gift items that comes with the purchase items are not entitled for return or refund.
Defective or damaged items are entitled for one-to-one exchange. Exchange item will only be shipped out once return items receive.
In the event that the exchange item is out of stock, another similar product will be recommended to customer. If customer do not wish to exchange, full refund will be given.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

For returns, customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. As such shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchange due to defective or damaged, YL Camera will reimburse the shipping costs in full.
YL Camera take no responsibility in the event of lost or further damage results from return shipment. Please send back using any local courier service (Poslaju, GD Express, CITY-LINK). YL Camera only reimburse local courier shipping costs. YL Camera does not reimburse international courier (DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS) shipping costs.
Due to the high cost of international shipping shipment, customer will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
