The shipping fee can be referred to invidual listing.
Self-collect and COD is not available at the moment, unless stated otherwise.
All orders will be shipped during working days and hours. (Monday – Friday, except Malaysia Public Holidays)

During peak periods, there would be some delay in shipping. Do bear with us as we could not fulfill next day delivery promise due to massive orders and transaction and availability issues.

Our products have been gone through quality assurance process. However, our return policy allows for item(s) return and your choice of a replacement item(s). However, we do have a couple simple requirements for processing a return.
You may want to return your order due to any of the following reasons:
Defective - The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification
Wrong item - Not the product the customer ordered
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:
Returned item must be shipped back to us within seven (7) calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.
You have proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note or bank statement).
The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
All sealed items must not be opened.
Any returned shipping fee will be borne by buyer.
What will I get back of return item(s)?
You can choose for a refund or exchange to a same/higher price item(s).
How about postage charges?
Customer would have to bare for the postage fee shipped back to use during return process. Please allow 14 working days for this process to be complete. We do not refund shipping charges that customer have paid during first purchase.
How can I return my purchase?
