How much is shipping?
Enjoy free shipping for most of the items while shopping at Bagstation. This is applicable to whole Malaysia including Sabah Sarawak. Promotion items are not entitled for free shipping, however a flat rate of RM 5 shipping fee will be charged for delivery to West Malaysia and RM 10 shipping fee to East Malaysia.
When will my order arrive?
we ship out on the SAME WORKING DAY if payment are received or cleared before 12noon. Under normal circumstances, you get to receive your order within 3 business days (7 business days for East Malaysia) from the day you place your order and make payment.
For offline bank transfer, please allow additional 3 business days especially if it's a cheque payment.
Can I track the shipping?
Yes, we will inform customer courier tracking number via Lelong Update Shipping Details once an order is shipped. You can check the shipping status via the site provided by respective courier.
Note: Sometimes the tracking number is not working yet because your order has just been shipped. Try to check again in 24 hours and the information should be available.
What if I haven't received my order?
Something might have gone wrong if you still haven't received your order within 8 business days after you've placed your order and made payment.
The first thing you can do is check your order status. Contact us if your order status is not shipped, otherwise check whether the shipping address is correct.
If nothing is wrong there, track your shipping status via the courier's site. Check with the respective courier company to see if they're holding your order and contact us if they're unable to find it.
14 days return or exchange policy
At Bagstation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. We regret that refunds cannot be accommodated. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase in its original new condition, UNUSED, with ALL TAGS ATTACHED within 14 days from date of receipt for exchange (for item of equal or lesser value).
However, this does not apply to the sale or clearance items in which we already mentioned no refund nor return will not be entitled for this. Also, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return or exchange procedures
Please request for return or exchange by emailing us at email@example.com within 14 days from the day order is received. You have to include the following details in the email:

- Reason for return or exchange (so that we can improve!):
Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please let us know the item you like to have in exchanged.
In most cases, you will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us. However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you, ALL at our expense.
Just don't forget that before you ship anything back to us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org first so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.
