Pricing of products sold by De Robes is based upon figures calculated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The price displayed on an individual product page, is the current price you are liable to pay to De Robes, excluding shipping.

FAQ About Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products (e.g you accept the wrong or defective items), you may ask for exchange or refund. Please report the problem to our Customer Service within 24 hours after receiving the package, you might be suggested to send the photo of the item you received as well.
Once we have confirmed your return, please send the item(s) to us with our ORIGINAL TAG, UNDAMAGED and UN-WORN within 3 days in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you.
After we receive your package, we would examine if the items and immediately EXCHANGE to non-detective / correct products for you, or CREDIT the payment amount to your account with immediate use. In this case we will send the items for free.
If there is no detective or the procuct is correct, we will send back the item(s) to you. In this case buyers are required to bear items returning shipping cost.
There is no claims on used goods.
Orders that are returned to us due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customers expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by your local post office or customs, for whatever reason, will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customers expense.
De Robes offers partial or full refund on most items within 3 days of receiving your goods. You may contact our Customer Service for this matter.
3. Full Refunds
We offer full refund on any item(s) that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer fault could not apply for any refund.
4. Partial Refunds
We also offer partial refund on returned item(s) which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get partial refund.
