Fullbag Delivery Method :
- We , Fullbag Group, choose Pos Laju Malaysia Bhd as our main delivery method to deliever our goods to our customer.
- We use PREPAID ENVELOPE as our delivery method.
- It takes around 1 to 3 days of working days to received your parcel.
- Pos Laju Malaysia Bhd will be close on Sunday and public holiday but half day for saturday.
- We will provided tracking number to our customer to trace their parcel. The tracking number can be track at poslaju.com.my/track-trace/
- The customer will take the full reponsibilities to check the status of their parcel and follow up the status on their own.
- We are NOT responsible if the parcel is not delivered to the address given.
- This is because the customer take the full responsibilities on given the address to us. We will follow the address based on the customer infomation.
- The cost of postage are:
Semenanjung RM 7.00 (S) and RM 10.00 for Sabah and Sarawak (S)
- Purchase for one items
Semenanjung RM 9.00 (L) and RM 15.00 for Sabah and Sarawak (L)
- Purchase for two or three items
- Buyer means the customer that place order to Fullbag Store as specified in the Purchase Order.
- Delivery Date means the date when the goods are delivered to customer according to Fullbag Store information after purchase.
- Purchase Order means an order for goods to be provided by Fullbag and the corresponding fees to be paid by the customer issued according to the terms and conditiions.
- Fullbag is the company as specified in the Purchase Order.
- Warranty Period means the period of seven days from the later of either the Delivery Date or acceptance.
APPLICATION OF TERMS
- Fullbag agrees to deliver goods as described in the Purchase Order and in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in this Purchase Order
- The customer must write down carefully their personal information in order to avoid any problems.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF PURCHASE ORDERS
- Fullbag reserves the right to cancel any Purchase Order at any time prior to shipment of the goods and shall not be subject to any charges or other fees whatsoever as a result of such cancellation.
- Buyer may by written communication cancel or make changes to any Purchase Order subject to an equitable adjustment in the price, delivery schedule, or both, where appropriate.
PAYMENT TERMS AND PROOF PAYMENT
- As full consideration for the delivery of goods nd the assignment of rights to customer as provided herein, customer shall pay Fullbag the amount specified in the applicable Purchase Order.
- After the customer done with the payment, fullbag will receive "successful" status at their web page and can proceed with the delivery.
- The delivery cannot be made if the status of customer payment are "pending" or "unsuccessful" or others.
- The customer must provide or keep the 'PROOF OF PAYMENT' such as receipt or email about the payment to avoid from any problems.
- Payment of any invoice shall not constitute acceptance of any goods.
- An invoice may be rejected for noncompliance with any terms and conditions.
- All invoices shall be issued in the currency as set out in the Purchase Order.
- The mode of payment shall be at customer sole discretion and all bank charges or back charges relating there to shall be borne by Fullbag.

- You have one week days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have recepit or proof of purchase.

- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you.
