We offer FREE delivery when a single order for some products (This offer is only applicable to delivery within Penisular Malaysia).
For 1st item FREE delivery, shipping / delivery charges will be automatically deducted when purchase is more than one items and above.
We currently deliver to whole of Malaysia including East Malaysia. For East Malaysia and International deliveries, kindly contact us at email@example.com for a product invoice calcuated with shipping cost.
Your order will be delivered between 9am to pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
For products labelled Stock : Available, we usually deliver in next 1 - 3 business days.
For products labelled Stock : Pre-order, we usually delivers in next 3 - 7 business days. The delivery time may differ due to stock availability.
If you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 7 days of the order date and issue a full refund.
All we ask is that the product is...
- not used
- in the same condition you received it
- in the original box and / or packaging
We value your shopping experience on top of everything else, that's why we also accept exchange (for item of equal or lesser value) if the item does not live up to your expectation or any other reasons beyond our wildest imagination.
If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. store4online will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit
Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and we will contact you to arrange the refund.
Please follow the steps mentioned below to claim warranty / return goods:
1. Contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed description and photos or videos if possible, and we will confirm whether it is operational problem or quality problem.
2. We will advise you with possible resolutions after our confirmation.
3. We will accept your requirement of returning if all the solutions are not workable.
4. You have to immediately send the items together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.
5. We will inform you once we receive the returned goods. Replacements or repaired items will be shipped back via regular air mail with prior notice.
