Can I track the shipping?
Yes, the tracking number and courier engaged will be included in the shipping confirmation email.
You can check the shipping status via the site provided by respective courier (ABX Express).

Note: Sometimes the tracking number is not working yet because your order has just been shipped.
What if I haven't received my order?
Something might have gone wrong if you still haven't received your order within 7 business days after you've placed your order and made payment.
The first thing you can do is check your order status. Contact us if your order status is not shipped, otherwise check whether the shipping address is correct.
If nothing is wrong there, track your shipping status via the courier's site.
Check with the respective courier company (ABX Express) to see if they're holding your order and contact us if they're unable to find it.
- We do not accept exchanges for items sold.
- All the items have undergone high standards of quality checks and we assume there are no serious flaws in our products. We will only accept returns for faulty products within 7 days of receipt.
- To return an item, please call or email our customer service team and we will assist you with return instructions. We will only accept returns that have been processed by our customer service team.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. Buyers will be responsible for any return postage incurred. Any item(s) returned, with tags removed, or having been used, soiled or damaged will not be refunded.
