How much is shipping?
-Pos Laju (By land or Sea)
The shipping price is auto-calculated based on your shipping address and weight / dimension.
To find out how much shipping is, add the items that you’d like to buy to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. The shipping cost will be calculated after you’ve enter your shipping address.
Flat rate: RM45 per trip within Klang Valley
Enjoy free shipping if you purchase more than RM 300. This is applicable to klang valley only.

When will my order arrive?
Under normal circumstances, you get to receive your order within 5 business days (7 to 14 business days for East Malaysia) from the day you place your order and make payment.
For offline or GIRO bank transfer, please allow additional 3 business days.
Can I track the shipping?
Yes, the tracking number and courier engaged will be included in the shipping confirmation email. You can check the shipping status via the site provided by respective courier.

Note: Sometimes the tracking number is not working yet because your order has just been shipped. Try to check again in 24 hours and the information should be available.
What if I havent received my order?
Something might have gone wrong if you still haven’t received your order within 8 business days after you’ve placed your order and made payment. The first thing you can do is check your order status.
Contact us if your order status is not shipped, otherwise check whether the shipping address is correct. If nothing is wrong there, track your shipping status via the couriers site. Check with the respective courier company to see if they’re holding your order and contact us if they’re unable to find it.
7 days return or exchange policy
If you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 7 days of the order date and issue a full refund.
All we ask is that the product is...

We value your shopping experience on top of everything else, that’s why we also accept exchange (for item of equal or lesser value) if the item does not live up to your expectation or any other reasons beyond our wildest imagination. However, this does not apply to the sale or clearance items in which we already mentioned no refund nor return will not be entitled for this.
Also, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.
Return or exchange procedures
Please request for return or exchange by emailing us at email@example.com within 7 days from the day order is received. You have to include the following details in the email:

Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please let us know the item you like to have in exchanged. In most cases, you will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us.
However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you, ALL at our expense. Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and we will contact you to arrange the refund. Just dont forget that before you ship anything back to us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org first so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.
