2. Lead Acid Battery Wheelchair: quality normal like our motor cycle battery, charging time longer, charging cycle is less, battery itself is heavy. (of course, price is cheaper) H

• Wheelchair Battery Lithium 24V13AH: estimate 15 – 20km
• Wheelchair Battery Lithium 24V12AH: estimate 13 – 15km
(Wheelchair Battery Lithium Life Span can last 2-3 year, some customers even use 3 years above)

Cost of electric wheelchair battery Lithium is higher than Lead Acid Battery Wheelchair because the life span of the Lithium Battery Wheelchair is 3 times of the Lead Acid Battery Wheelchair.
Initially my Electric Wheelchair is lithium battery, after three years my battery go dead, can I use lead acid battery because of budget problem? (lead acid battery tend to be cheaper and the life span also shorter) Yes, you can change to lead acid battery, but your charger must also change to lead acid battery charger. (Bear in mind, you cannot use your previous lithium battery charger to charge lead acid battery)

Return Exchange Policy
We take great pride in ensuring our products are of great quality and condition. You may contact our Customer Service Department within 3 business days in the following cases:
**You have received a defective product. (We offer 3 DAYs) return policy for items which may have a Manufacturer Defect. On most cases this will not occur since each of our products are tested prior to the shipment. Exchange it for a New One!
**There is an error in the product you received based on your order placed (WE SEND YOU WRONG PRODUCT)
We will deliver and exchange the items at our own cost, provided it is returned in their original condition and unused, however all defective product(s) are subject to inspection.
Return / exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped. As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply. Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped. Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 - 6 days for delivery.
