CALCULATE OF SHIPPING FEES
The calculation of shipping fees is based on the total weight of parcel and recipient location.

- 'Estimate shipping cost' is shown at every product page. The actual shipping cost might exceed the shown amount. Customer will get the accurate shipping cost at the Delivery Method page while checkout the shopping cart.
- For International customer, please click on 'More countries' to get the estimated shipping cost. If your country is not listed, please contact us at email@example.com for shipping rates.
- We offers Free shipping on selected items, however, Free shipping is only applicable to ship within Malayisa (Penisular and East Malaysia).
- We will decide to use which courier service for free shipping item.
- Note: We might switch courier services based on product weight.
e.g. Customer chose Poslaju as courier service for the free shipping item, but if the product weight is 0.5kg or above, we will switch to Skynet courier.

FAST DELIVERY PROCESS
We will arrange for products delivery within same day (or up to 2 working days) once receive payment made from customer.
SHIPPING DETAILS (for reference)
- Customer who made payment by creditcard through PayPal request for cancel order/refund in the same day/ before we ship goods are required to bear for the 2 times PayPal transaction fees. PayPal will charged seller for transaction fees for all transaction while:
1) Customer paid to merchant
2) Merchant refund to customer
- Transaction charges: (Malaysia Customer) 3% of transaction amount, (International Customer) 4% of transaction amount.
e.g.: Customer paid RM180 to Easynet and request to cancel order after payment has been made, AngelDotCom will refund RM169.2 to customer. (deduct of RM10.8 = 2 times of 3% transaction fees)
Terms and conditions:
- Return/Refund/Replacement request for 'Damaged Item' must made by customer within two (2) working days from the goods delivered date, and provide photo(s) of the damaged part
- Return/Refund/Replacement request must made by customer within three (3) working days from the goods delivered date.
- Return/Replacement goods must ship to AngelDotCom by customer within seven (7) working days from customer request date.
- Return/Refund/Replacement request only applicable to the customer who made order from AngelDotCom. (customer must verity their identity with name/order number/contact number/payment evidence, and provide photo(s) of the goods received from AngelDotCom).
- Customer who requested for cancel order/refund after we shipped the goods are required to send it back to AngelDotCom by their ownselves , customer are required to bear the shipping fees for sending the goods to AngelDotCom. The goods returned must be in new condition and packed in original packaging without open the packaging.
- Refund within seven (7) working days from the goods delivered date.
- The goods returned by customer will be evaluate by AngelDotCom.
- Once the returned goods passed the evaluation, AngelDotCom will return/replacement goods to customer within fourteen (14) working days from the date we received the goods returned from customer.
- Only return goods to the same shipping address as the goods delivered. If customer wish to change the address for the return goods, customer required to pay for the shipping fees.
- The returned goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging/box along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts (if applicable).
- The returned goods must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
- All shrink wrap goods must not be opened. Once opened, the goods will not be accepted by AngelDotCom.
- All returned goods must be purchased from AngelDotCom.
We allow for item(s) return and customer's choice of a full refund or replacement item(s) if only customer's reason meet the return/refund policy listed as below:
