When will I get my stuff?
In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days for Peninsular Malaysia; 1-3days for East Malaysia. Orders only ship during weekdays. Products with "Pre-Order" basis might take longer delivery times.
*Business days exclude public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
*For Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu and Johor, Fridays and Saturdays are official weekends
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge varies with each product. Delivery charge will be waived for purchases of minimal predefined value or promotional items.
Can I request for free shipping?
UNBOX.MY strive to get the cheapest shipping fares possible and may occasionally offer free shipping. Please check on products with “Free Shipping” tag.
How should I get noticed of the shipping?
An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped. You can also track your package from your Account page.
Can I fix a preferred delivery date?
UNBOX.MY have limitation to accommodate scheduling of deliveries with using third party delivery method. However, you may leave us a note for the expected receiving date. We shall coordinate with our delivery partner accordingly.
What is the delivery method?
UNBOX.MY work with major express logistic companies which are Poslaju, GDex, Skynet.
Can I pick up my order at UNBOX.MY office once I have completed the order online?
Self pick up is not available as we wish to remain the core of our business nature. However, you may visit our office for Cash and Carry with prearranged time.

Shipping multiple orders
Multiple orders placed on the same day or following day cannot be combined.
Shipping to multiple locations
UNBOX.MY cannot split the order for multiple delivery address. Kindly place the orders separately if you wish to send items to different locations.
Address changes
Changing of delivery address is not possible from our end once the order goes into processing. If there any alteration needed, kindly get contact with our customer service soon after the order has been made.

RETURNS POLICY
Product sold strictly not accepted for return due to change of mind, wrong purchase.

Returned items must be in original condition, including tags, booklets, and labels.
REFUNDS
