You are entitled to the following options upon any return of your purchased item(s) subject to our terms and conditions below:
(a) a full refund of your total payment; and/or
(b) a replacement of the similar purchased item(s).
Prior to the returning of any purchased items, we would appreciate if you may notify us your reason and description (if possible). For your ease reference, we have distinguished the following reasons for your return of the purchased item(s):
The product is damaged upon receipt.
The product is faulty or not fully functioning as described in its manufacturer specification.
Item(s) delivered is not as per the item(s) ordered (e.g. wrong size or wrong color)
There is missing item(s)/part(s) which is indicated in its packaging.
Does not fit
The correct size as per ordered but does not fit the Customer.
Marketplace content error
The product does not match specifications, description, or image illustrated in the marketplace and is attributable to website error or misinformation
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:-
1. The product must be shipped back to us within seven (7) calendar days upon receipt or our return policy period shall lapsed thereafter;
2. You shall furnish the full proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note or bank statement);
3. The product is not listed in the non-returnable product list below;
4. The goods must be in the exact new condition upon receipt and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any other free gifts received with it;
5. The product must not have been used, installed or data input; and
6. All sealed items shall not be opened.
1. If your product is within warranty duration and is damaged by mechanical or electrical systems, you don't have to worry about the repairing cost. We will cover it. However, courier fee will be covered by the customer.
2. If your product is out of warranty duration, you will be responsible for repairing cost. We suggest you to repair the product at the warranty center authorized by the manufacturer. You can directly contact or send your product to its Warranty Center following the address on your Warranty Card; or you can also send it to our office and we will assist you to transfer it to the Warranty Center. However, we would advise you to send the product directly to its Warranty Center for a faster process.
