We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order and the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout (as updated in the Order Confirmation).
We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Upon delivery of the Product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You may contact ButikBos Customer Service Team at 03-92820002 or firstname.lastname@example.org in case of any faults, defects or damage. You shall be able to provide the documents delivered with the Product, upon request.
Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
We deliver in our standard packaging.
If you are not available to take delivery or collection, the carrier may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery or collect the Product from the carrier, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
(a) charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or
(b) no longer make the Product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable order, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us under the order, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product, and any storage fees as provided).

• Return & Exchange item/product must not be worn, altered, stained, washed, damaged and
MUST be in original conditions.
• Quality and material issues are subjective and we do not promise 100% similarity of depicted
items as the actual item. Please e-mail us before purchase to reassure your doubts.
Generally, our illustrated items are 85% similar to the actual item.
• What is an unsatisfactory item?
- Item in the wrong colour or size.
- Item with manufacturing defect.
- Wrong item that was not in order.
• Exchanges are only available within the original country of purchase.
• Item such as underwear, trunk & boxer are not included in this return policy due to hygiene purposes.
• All tags must still be attached and products must be in their original form of packaging.
• A sales receipt must be sent with the item being returned.
• Defected items can only exchange with “exactly same pattern, color and size” items, unless if there
is insufficient stock available. The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is
lower than the original item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless the return is due to the defects in the item or delivery ofthe wrong or different item.
• Postages incurred for sending the returned item will be borne by buyer and the item we sent back to
buyer will be borne by us, the seller.
