Can I track the shipping?
Yes, the tracking number and courier engaged will be included in the shipping confirmation email. You can check the shipping status via the site provided by respective courier.
Note: Sometimes the tracking number is not working yet because your order has just been shipped. Try to check again in 24 hours and the information should be available.
What if I haven't received my order?
Something might have gone wrong if you still haven't received your order within 10 business days after you've placed your order and made payment.
The first thing you can do is check your order status. Contact us if your order status is not shipped, otherwise check whether the shipping address is correct.
If nothing is wrong there, track your shipping status via the courier's site. Check with the respective courier company to see if they're holding your order and contact us if they're unable to find it.
All items purchased on Fitness Captain are non-exchangeable and non-refundable,but except 2 condition below
1. Incorrect parcel sent
2. Defective item is received (except item is damage by own self)
For cases above, refund is not available, as we will provide exchanges for items with same price or less PROVIDED we receive e-mail from you within 10 days from ordering date.

We shall send out the replacement item within 3 working days once we have received the returned item in good condition.
For returns from West Malaysia, we will arrange Reverse Pickup by our own courier, we shall bear the return shipping cost and the cost to send the replacement item.
For returns from East Malaysia, customers shall bear the return shipping cost, and depending on the size and weight of the replacement item, we will use either Air Freight or Sea Freight to send the replacement item.
