If a warranty claim enquiry is received, we will communicate with the buyer on nature of defects. Once we agree on the exchange, buyer have to return the goods to us in its original condition, with its packaging, tags and in unused condition.
Any warranty claim exchanges, the return postage of the item will be borne by buyer.
We are not responsible for lost of goods while in transit. Once we receive the goods, we will verify the warranty claim. If the claim is not as mentioned, the goods will be returned to buyer at their cost and no further claim will be entertained.
