BuddyStation understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our store, you can expect to receive your order within 1-7 business days (not included Saturday, Sunday Public Holiday).

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority.

We will using courier service by Fed Exp or Poslaju National Courier. Buyers will receive our Payment Confirmation email and the items will be shipped out on the next working day if possible. Buyers will be updated with a tracking number once the items have been shipped out.

Lost Damages

Seller shall not held responsible for any lost or visible damage of the item during delivery by courier service. However, buyer has the right to claim from the courier company. We could also help buyer to claim for it.

Please do not accepting the parcel from courier services if the parcel is not in good condition, please call us or ask courier service return the parcel to us.

Warranty

We provide 1 Year Manufacturer/Distributor/Supplier Warranty on major products unless otherwise stated on above. For gaming consoles, we providing service warranty, that will be charges if spare parts replacement.

Warranty Claim

Delivery cost incurred for returning the item will be boned by the customer. Re-shipping charges for exchanged item(s) will be applied.

All warranty will be fix on a first come first serve basic and the lead time varries from 1 week to months Depends on the problems and parts avalibility. And only covers manufacture defects and not external outlook of device including button / joystick.

Payment Transaction
