We WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURN FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WITHIN 7 Days from receiving the watch. More than 7 days is not acceptable for Return or Refund.
To be eligible for return or exchange, all watches must be sent back to us and must meet the following conditions:
-Watch in original working condition with no accidental damage caused by customers.
-No scratches on the watch case, glass or watch strap due to usage
-No resizing, altering of bracelet
All our watches are 100% Original and Brand New. All products are quality inspected and securely packed with layers of impact-proof bubble wrap in their boxes with documents before shipping them out to you.
Most of the items will usually ship out from our warehouse within 3-4 working days of receiving cleared payment. Item will be post by Poslaju. Tracking number will be updated once your order is ready to ship out.
Delivery will takes 2-4 days by our local courier with Tracking number provided.
Ratings for shipping time should be given based on time taken to ship and not time taken to receive item.
We are not responsible for any customs charges, duties or tax arising from your country.
Watch will be securely packaged and protected with bubble wrap during shipping.
All item sold by us come with at least one year warranty (depends on brands) from us / authorise distributor.

This special service is for customer that face a minor problem on the item and can not wait too long to claim the warranty from the Authorise distributor, Esupply wil take over (by standby our in house technician) .

GLASS AND STRAP ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
Please let us know if there is any damage of the items before delivering back to us.
Cost of delivering items back to us will be beared by the buyers; while cost of delivering back the repaired items to buyers will be beared by us.
