We are currently shipping to Malaysia only.
When will my order arrive?
Under normal circumstances, you get to receive your order within 2-4 business days (5 business days for East Malaysia) from the day you place your order and make payment.
For offline bank transfer, please allow additional 3 business days.
Can I track the shipping?
Yes, the tracking number and courier engaged will be included in the shipping confirmation email. You can check the shipping status via the site provided by respective courier.

Note: Sometimes the tracking number is not working yet because your order has just been shipped. Try to check again in 24 hours and the information should be available.
What if I haven't received my order?
Something might have gone wrong if you still haven't received your order within 8 business days after you've placed your order and made payment.
The first thing you can do is check your order status. Contact us if your order status is not shipped, otherwise check whether the shipping address is correct.
If nothing is wrong there, track your shipping status via the courier's site. Check with the respective courier company to see if they're holding your order and contact us if they're unable to find it.
If you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 14 days of the order date and issue a full refund.
· The item must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
· The item must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it. ;
· All sealed goods must not be opened
· The proof of purchase such as order number, delivery note, bank statement and etc.
However, this does not apply to the sale or clearance items in which we already mentioned no refund nor return will not be entitled for this. Also, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.

Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3-5 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please let us know the item you like to have in exchanged.
In most cases, you will need to cover the shipping charges for returning the item to us. However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you, ALL at our expense.
Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and we will contact you to arrange the refund.
Just don't forget that before you ship anything back to us, please email email@example.com first so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.
Most of our products are given 3-12months warranty period start from the date of received. Usually, we will inform the warranty period in each product's description. Otherwise 7 days warranty period will be applied for those none indicate warranty period.

2. Please courier to our office / service center in case we do not have any service center near your area.
