My First Store Dot Com ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All orders are shipped within 1-4 working days after the full payment has been cleared.
All items will be shipped to buyer's Lelong address. Please make sure your address in Lelong matches the address you would like us to ship to before you make your payment.

We use Poslaju EMS / DHL eCommerce / Airpak Express / Skynet / Nationwide as our courier company due to the reliability and efficiency of their services. Please allowed 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) for your parcel to arrive.

For overseas clients, we will ship using Pos Malaysia/DHL eCommerce/SingPost. Registered Air Mail takes an estimated 7-30 working days to arrive from the date of shipment (excluding weekends/Public Holidays/customs delay).
Shipping by FedEx/UPS/EMS/DHL/Aramex is available upon request or may be stated in the purchase order/invoice. Courier Shipments will take an estimated 2-10 working days to arrive from the date of shipment (excluding weekends/Public Holidays/Customs delay).

Orders shipped with Poslaju or Courier Service/UPS/FedEx/SingPost require a signature upon delivery. If buyer is not at home, please check your item at your nearest Post Office by calling and track with the tracking number provided by us to avoid delay delivery.
Please check the parcel in front of the courier guy. Make sure that the seal and packing paper is in good condition before you sign for it. Return to the courier guy if the seal or package is open or broken. We do not accept a complaint about items is missing, differ once you received.
Please do inform us should your purchased item did not arrive after 5 working days (within Malaysia) / 30 working days (International) from the shipping date and also check the item in your local post office.

Return Item Policy
Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable as non of the manufacturers or distributors in Malaysia do provide return policy. Seller will not responsible for lost and damaged during shipping period. All claims of damage/lost in transit will inform the buyer if the claim is successful.
We accept return if item is defective upon receipt.
If you received an incorrect item, not authentic, we will gladly replace the item and pay for the additional delivery charge incurred. In the case of replacement not available, refund will be promptly issued.Upon receipt of item, if there is any defect/damage, please email to notify us within 2 days.
Buyer will have to pay for the return shipping fees (defected item), seller pay for the replacement of delivery fees. The returned item must be in complete set or same as the condition as we ship out. Must be sent back within 7 days.
No used item or damaged item is allowed. Only manufacturer defect is accepted.
Shipping and handling charges, insurance and other fees are not refundable in any case.
