Buyer are allowed to return products within 7 calendar days from shipment date under the following circustances:
a) Manufacturing Defects.
b) Delivered the wrong item.
c) Products that have a 3 month warranty description will be honoured.
· The item must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
· The item must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
· All sealed goods must not be opened
· The proof of purchase such as order number, delivery note, bank statement and etc.
Product return policy and procedures:

Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3-5 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please let us know the item you like to have in exchanged.
B) What do we need to verify that the item is allowed for exchange or return?
In most cases, we will need buyer to get a few photo or video (handphone standard is sufficient) of the items, show us where is the problem and we will get it processed. Off course, we will need to know the order ID too.
C) You will need to cover the shipping charges for returning the item to us. However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you.
