1. We usually deliver our goods within 5 working days, by our panel of delivery service company after the payment has been confirmed.
2. If the goods order is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to reconfirm a new order or instructions.
3. For the cancel or change of order, you may contact us immediately we will only accept the change or cancel it the goods have not been delivered.

Please note the product color may vary from the picture, as it made of natural leather, any scar, wrinkle of other subtle variation are characteristic of natural leather, and will not affect it strength or quality. Our products are folded for storage and shipping, any creases caused in shipping will fully recover after it use.

2. Delivery charges are subject to the weight of goods and area of W.Malaysia or E.Malaysia.

3. Our company only accept product were defective arise from manufacturing defect.
4. All goods shall be return to us in unused condition with original packaging, at buyer cost or you may send back to our retail outlet “ CEVE ORIGINAL “ store as listed below.
5. In order for us to do inspection and proceed for the replacement we may need at least 2 working days, once we received the good return by you.
6. Our company reserved the right for not accept the return good under below condition:

1. Further use of such product without our consent after notified us of the defect.
2. Defect arises as a result of, fair wear and tear, wiful damage, negligence, misuse, abnormal working condition or failure to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage or use of the products.
3. Alters or repairs such product without our consent.

7. If the return good is accepted by our company, your replacement will be send to you as soon as possible on our cost.
8. Our company reserves the right for reject the replacement if the product were in good function, conditions after our final inspection.
