We offer FLAT-RATE SHIPPING of RM7.5 (SM) / RM10.5 (SW) / RM11.5 (SB)
Courier Services we uses POSLAJU. After confirmation of payments, it will take 1 day time to process for shipping. Shipping charges will be standard charges given by the courier services. We do provided Cash on Collection method, only for penang island only thank you.
Combine shipping are allowed, no extra charges.
All item will shipout on all weekdays only.
Example 1, If before (Sunday 11PM) pay, it will shipout on Monday.
Example 2, If after (Sunday 11pm) or Monday pay, shipment will be on Tuesday.

The shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Although you order at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes/bubble wrapping are used for wrapping and your items are well-protected.
When your shipment arrives:
When you receive your shipment, please open and inspect merchandise on the same day as delivered. Try on any wearable items and if there are issues please contact us immediately.
Package / Merchandise that arrived damaged in transit must be reported to us the same day. Please have the delivery driver make a note if the package they deliver shows signs of damage before signing for it.

Return and Refund Policy
We do offer 3 Days Warranty Service for product which is defective
If there is defect on the items you receive or we send you the wrong items, please kindly contact us within 2 days and deliver back to us within 7 days. Please keep the packaging well and return the goods as a whole. We offer 3 days warranty return period, with buyer paying the return postage.

Seller will not responsible for lost and damaged during delivery by courier service. All claims of damage/lost in transit will inform the buyer if the claim is successful. However, buyer has the right to claim from the courier company.
All items are thoroughly inspected before delivery. We will fully responsible if the product(s) damaged on arrival due to delivery mishandling. Please report to us via email within 48 hours from the time of package arriving. Any report after 48 hours shall not be entertain.
