- Your order will ship within 2 business days. Your tracking number will update in lelong once shipment dispatch. Please check your shipment status only after 10pm or on the next working day.
- We will contact you if any delay of shipment.
- Under normal circumstances, you get to receive your order within 5 business days (7 business days for East Malaysia) from the day you place your order and make payment.
- For offline bank transfer, please allow additional 3 business days.
- Shipment will be using Poslaju and Skynet services.
- You can check the shipping status via the site provided by respective courier.

- If you haven't received your order within 8 business days after you've placed your order and made payment, please check your order status in lelong. Contact us if your order status is not shipped, otherwise check whether the shipping address is correct.
- Track your shipping status via the courier's site provided above. Check with the respective courier company to see if they're holding your order and contact us if they're unable to locate it.

Warranty and Return Policy
- All item(s) are checked/tested carefully for defects and wrap securely to prevent damage during transportation prior to shipping out to our customers. However we provide one to one exchange if found faulty within 14 days after item(s) received by customer. Report of faulty after 14 days strictly not entertain.
- Customer responsible to contact seller to request replacement and state the reason before returning item(s).
- Customer is responsible for paying shipping charges when returning item (please use standard shipping method). It is customer responsibility to ensure that item(s) are returned in the same condition when you received it.
- We will bear the return cost with terms and condition applied.
- If the item(s) no fault found after inspection, customer has to pay shipping to send back, NO refund for returning cost.
- If we sent the wrong item(s) to you, we will bear all the return and resend shipping cost.
- If problem found after inspection, new exchange unit shipping cost will bear by seller and also returning shipping cost will refund. We will contact you for shipping cost refund.
- NO claim or NO warranty once broken / damaged by hand customers.
