Our standard delivery terms are 1-7 Malaysia business days, unless the part has to be made to order. Orders are shipped on business days only (Mon-Fri).We require 1 to 2 days to process your order.We normally ship our orders within 24 to 48 hours after the order is received.
Once an order has been sent, a tracking number will be issued via the site under my orders. If the order is returned back to Malaysia due to an incorrect address given by the customer or no one is in attendance to collect the order upon delivery. All freight costs for the order to be sent back are the responsibility of the customer.
All foreign orders are final, no returns will be accepted; therefore it is the buyers responsibility to order the correct part. Cooz Auto Performance does not guarantee proper fitment for buyers foreign vehicles as all parts sold by Cooz Auto Performance are for Right Hand Drive made for the Malaysia domestic market.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS DURING FREIGHT
As soon as the goods are delivered to Buyer, They shall inspect them. Notice sent via email or direct contact us and notice must be given within three (3) days after receipt of goods of any defect or omissions. Failure to give notice within three (3) days after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods.
LOST OF PARCEL
Seller shall not held responsible for any lost of the parcel during delivery by courier service. However, buyer has the right to claim from the courier company. We could also help buyer to claim for it.
OUT OF STOCK
If any of your orders are out of stock, you will be informed with the option to change with other product or cancel your order and get refund.
If the product will be re-stocked in the near future, you will be contacted immediately with the Estimated Arrival Date, your order will be delivered as soon as all items are available.
1. Goods sold are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable otherwise a cancellation fees of 30% on purchase price will be imposed.
2. We do not offer refunds on any item unless is grossly misrepresented. In the event of damaged, missing or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to us ASAP at 0172292882 (Jack) within 3 days of receiving your items.
3. Please make sure the parts fix with your car model before place order. Refund will not be accept if order was place wrongly.
4. If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling is non refundable. Restocking and other fees may be charged.
