If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please email email@example.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfilment system is designed to process orders quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the delivery stage.
Out Of Stock:
If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 3 working days.
We will either exchange or replace similar value item or we will cancel your order and refund into your bank account.
Should your items be out of stock and you do not mind waiting, again upon payment, your purchases will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks when new stocks come in.
Please ensure to give us accurate delivery address for the purchases to reach you safely.
We will make every attempt to deliver your purchases to you within 3-5 working days.
You will be informed via lelong when your purchases are shipped. A tracking number will be provided in the email for you to track your delivery via the courier.
Currently, we only deliver to within Malaysia. As with any other courier services, you need to acknowledge the receipt of the items with a signature. Hence, you need to be at home. However, you can redirect it to another address in cases of emergency with a small fee.
Great care is taken into the packaging of every item to ensure safe delivery to you.
Any losses incurred during our courier delivery will be borne by us.
Return and Exchanges:
We regret to inform that once delivered; there will be no returns and exchanges at this point in time.
Damaged in Transit:
You are to inspect your purchases immediately upon arrival to ensure item is in good condition. Any item that is damaged in transit can be claimed against our courier company.
When you are receiving the delivery of the items, please check for leaks or damage before you sign. If the item is leaking or damaged please make a note of the condition in which you have received the item. If you have given a clear signature and have not made remarks for leaking or damage, we are unable to refund or replace the item. This is important so that we could claim from our courier company.
Genuinely damaged item will be replaced or money refunded. We must be advised of any damaged item upon receipt of the item.
Should item be damaged, within 24 hours of receiving the item, please do the following:
1) Email us with photos of the damaged item before returning the item
2) We will email confirmation
3) Enclose a copy of our email confirmation when returning the item together with your contact details, purchase date, the amount paid.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and courier the item back to us with the original packaging.
Refund is given for damaged item only and not any return courier fees. Failure to notify us before returning a damage item could result in delay of your refund and/or replacement may not be processed.
