We partner with Sure-Reach Express, GD Express and Yamato Transport (TA-Q-BIN Express) to ship your packages. You'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm a consignment note and live tracking. You may notice the tracking status might have not updated or slightly delayed. That's because the most couriers will only update tracking status on the next processing day.
Ensuring an On-Time Delivery
Please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name and contact numbers are accurate and complete (including any business name if delivering to a work address) so that the delivery can be made on schedule. You can also specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace or to your friends.
Please note that time-scales for delivery and delivery charges will vary depending on the availability of the items ordered, and your address. Please allow for extra time for deliveries to outside of the Kuala Lumpur metro area. We cannot accept orders from or deliver to addresses outside Malaysia. Please ensure that you have provided complete delivery address.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our delivery partner will make a maximum of two delivery attempts before returning the order to us, in which case, we reserve the right to consider that you have rejected delivery and that the Contract is therefore cancelled. In the event of cancellation of the Contract for non-delivery, kindly contact us within 2 weeks, or else your item will be forfeited.
Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the item(s) to the address you gave us when placing your order. You own the item(s) once we have received payment in full from you in respect of such item(s) – unless and until the Contract is cancelled, in which case ownership of the item(s) reverts to us on our refund to you in respect of the cancelled item(s). The item(s) will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery of such item(s).

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:
;œ“ Returned item must be shipped back to us within fourteen (14) calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.
;œ“ You have proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note or bank statement).
;œ“ The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts or vouchers received with it.

;œ“ All sealed items must not be opened.
Item after 14 days upon receipt:
Your item cannot be returned after 14 days upon receipt, it can only be serviced. We suggest you contact and send the item directly to its warranty center for prompt assistance. You can find all the contact information of your product's warranty center on the warranty card inside your package.
How to return an item?

Yes. But shipment cost for returns needs to be paid by you first, then after scan and email us the shipping receipt + your account number to your Order Confirmation Email.

What is store credit?
Store credit is a return mechanism worth equally to the value of product you ordered. You can use the store credit to purchase any item. Store credit can only be used for one-time purchase and is valid for 1 year.

If you have been issued a store credit, you will have received an email notification. The corresponding deduction will be applied to your total amount during checkout.

From time to time there may be errors on our website such as wrong pricing, wrong descriptions and offers for products that are not available or are no longer available.
