3. We also accept Pay Directly To Seller. Buyer can use Online Transfer / Cash Deposit / Bank in to MAYBANK Or Cimb Bank. Please input our email address : email@example.com in your online banking transference and also order ID for faster processing.
4. All payments are expected within 3 days after transaction bid/purchase are completed. Failing which your order will be deemed void. SELLER reserves the right to cancel the deal and resell the item without prior notice.

1. We accept inter-bank transfer, internet banking and bank-in payment for all purchases.
2. After payment, buyers are required to provide bank-in slips, payment screenshots or any proof of payments immediately after transaction through email to "firstname.lastname@example.org" and please provide Order ID as well.

4. Some inter-bank Giro transfer will delay 24 hours - 48 hour due to different banking service. We will not responsible for any bank transfer delayed. We will only ship the item once payment received.
5. We will only provide refund to the buyer if the products ordered by buyers are sold out with proof of payments within 1-2 days.
- We encourage buyer to use Netpay to speed up the process. There will be no additional charges for using Netpay payment method. No bank in slip are needed because Netpay will take care of the rest.

1. We are using PosLaju , Gdex or other courier company for our parcel shipping. Please make sure your name, shipping address and contact number is correct. Please note PosLaju service do not ship to PO box address. All orders will be sent out during weekday except public holiday.
2. For in stock item, we ship out on the SAME WORKING DAY if payment are received or cleared before 12 noon. Courier company normally take 1-2 days to make delivery to the address. Sabah and Sarawak may take 2-3 days to make delivery. (Except Saturday, Sunday Public Holidays)
3. For inter-bank or GIRO payment, the order will only be delivered once the transaction of payment is complete which usually takes about 3 working days.
4. All shipment will be carefully packed to avoid damage during the transit.
5. We will inform customer courier tracking number via Lelong Update Shipping Details once an order is shipped. You can enter the tracking number in PosLaju and click Online Shipment Tracking System to check your delivery status. Any Call, SMS, PM or Email chasing for delivery status would not be entertained for less than 72 hours after the parcel shipped.
a) Some Poslaju tracking links always shown NO RECORD FOUND, which is confusing, please ONLY track your parcels in below link or call 1300-300-300 for the latestupdate.

6. Delivery sometimes delay is out of our control. Delivery could be delayed due to addressee not around at time of delivery, location address, public holidays or delivery workload of Poslaju. We DO NOT guarantee next day arrival of consignment although we have achieved over 95% successful rate in next day arrival.
7. Please contact us if you did not receive your parcel within 3 working days after shipped. We will not responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from the shipped date. Its not our responsibility to follow up each consignments due to large amount of parcels sent out everyday.
8. Delivery charges may vary depending on the products and weights. Some large volume / heavy weight item will have additional shipping charge to Sabah / Sarawak.

- The product specification are provided by supplier and manufacture
- Actual product colours may vary from colours shown on your monitor or LCD screen due to the hardware capabilities on colour presentation.
- We will ship the order within agreed timeframe mentioned in the advertisement. Kindly ensure you are agreed with the stipulated timeframe before you place the order.
- If there is any delay on order preparation, our order processing team will communicate with customer for the new arrangement. Customer’s acceptance will be required before order processing.
- All the item(s) will be packed in proper packaging to ensure the item received in good condition.
- We have stringent QC inspection process on the product before shipment. The QC team will ensure the product is correct and QC photo will be taken as a proof of shipment. We will refer to the proof of shipment should there be any dispute arises for the investigation.
- The choice of logistic partner may vary from time to time without further notice. Please refer to the logistic provider and tracking ID for the delivery status.
- All the parcel(s) shipped in sealed condition, please don’t accept the parcel if the seal broken and inform us immediately.
- Any queries related to the logistic company such as undelivered, delivery delay, parcel lost, damaged parcel and etc. It’s customer responsibility to inform us within the timeframe specified by logistic company. Any report after the timeframe specified will not be attended by the logistic company. Kindly refer to logistic partner website for the stipulated timeframe
- If the box or packaging is clearly damaged on delivery, it is of paramount importance the recipient must sign for as 'DAMAGED' otherwise any claim for damage will be refused. It is the sender’s responsibility to inform the recipient of these terms and conditions.
- Customer may return the item under the following circumstances
o Defective products
o Wrong products delivered
- Please refer to the shipping policy if the damaged caused by logistic provider.
- Please follow the return procedure to ensure return request addressed correctly.
o Kindly contact us within 24 hours upon order receipt should there be any return request. The logistic tracking status update will be the proof of receipt. Any return reported after 24 hours will require valid reason and will be handled at our sole discretion.
o Original proof of purchase eg. Invoice, PO and etc are required for the return
o The return must be in the following condition, otherwise return will be rejected

§ For the wrong product delivered, customers are not allowed to remove the sealed on the product packaging.
o Customer must return the product to address specified by provide the customer service officer the tracking ID and logistic provider selected within 2 working days.
o Return must be packed in good condition to ensure the product receive in good condition.
o If the return parcel lost during the delivery, it is customer responsibility to submit the claim to the logistic provider selected. We are not liable for any parcel lost for the return delivery.
o Upon receive of the return item, our return department will carry out the necessary inspection to ensure return complies with our return policy.
o The customer service will arrange replacement, refund or etc once the return certified as valid return by our return department
o If the return failed to comply with our policy, we will resend the item to customer.
o The shipping fee will be reimbursed if the return certified as valid return. Otherwise, customer will need to bear the two way shipping fee
- We warrant that each hardware product that you purchase is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period for the product starts on the original date of purchase as shown on your sales receipt or invoice.
- When warranty service involves the replacement of a product or part, replacement product or part provided by us may not be new, but it will be in good working order and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part. Only unaltered products and parts are eligible for replacement. The replacement product or part shall be warranted for the balance of the period remaining on the original product.
- Please contact the manufacturer for the warranty claim procedure if the warranty provided by local manufacture.
- For warranty by local supplier - Under Customer Carry-In Service, your product will be repaired or exchanged after you deliver it to a designated collection center at your risk and expense. After the product has been repaired or exchanged, it will be made available to you for collection. Postage or shipping charges are applicable should you required posting service.
- Before warranty service is provided, backup and remove all data, including confidential information, proprietary information and personal information from the product. We shall not be responsible for the loss or data, including confidential information, proprietary information, or personal information, on a product returned or accessed for warranty service.
- This warranty does not cover the following:
· uninterrupted or error-free operation of a product
· loss of, or damage to, your data by a product
· any software programs, whether provided with the product or installed subsequently
· failure or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, natural disasters, power surges, improper maintenance, or use not in accordance with product information materials
· damage caused by a non-authorized service provider
· failure of, or damage caused by, any third party products
· products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed

1) Colour : due to the setting of monitor, colour might slightly different with the picture.
2) Size : please check carefully with the measurement provided.
3) Please make payment within 3 days after confirmed an order. Buyer who has dishonored payment for 3 times will be blacklisted and reported to Lelong.
4) Please allow 1 to 2 working days to prepare the product delivery after payment. A confirmation email will be sent out with the tracking number.
5) If item is out of stock (this may happen occasionally as we listing more than hundred of items, it is hard for us to control our stock), we will contact you immediately for a refund or exchange, or wait for the new stock arrive. Anyway, we may replace some similar item should you agree. A last we will refund back your money should you wish not to change or wait for the item arrive.
6) We will check and do the best to make sure the item in good condition before send out. Any inquiries please contact us through email.
7) Prices, specifications, information and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
1) We accept return if item is defective upon received.
2) All items comes with warranty and official receipt. Anything can contact back seller.
3) Upon receiving the items, if there is any defect/damage, please email to notify us in writing or SMS within a day upon receiving the shipment. Otherwise NO defect/damage claim will be allowed.
4) Buyer will have to pay for the return shipping fees (defected item), seller pay for the replacement of delivery fees. The returned item must be in complete set or same as the condition as we ship out. Must be sent back within 7 days.
5) We will not accept return of product(s) that are been used, not compatible with your system configuration or damaged during shipment. Only manufacturer defect is accepted.
6) Shipping and handling charges, insurance and other fees are not refundable in any case. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event of your equipment that has to be serviced, repaired or returned. The buyer holds the responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.
7) Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
8) The warranty may not apply or void if:
a) All warranty will be immediately invalidated if unauthorized repairs are made or attempted by unauthorized personnel or the documents have been altered in any way or made illegible or the model or production number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
b) This warranty does not cover accident, misuse, incorrect line voltage, improper installation, transport damage, altered serial number, connection to non compatible hardware and the like.
c) This warranty does not cover customer self physical damage.
d) We shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damage (including without limitation any loss of profits) arising from use of the product purchased or any breach of this warranty.
e) Defects caused by abuse or misuse of the product.
f) If customer is unable to provide the Proof of Purchase.
9) Seller will not responsible for lost and damaged during delivery by courier service. All claims of damage / lost in transit will inform the buyer if the claim is successful. However, buyer has the right to claim from the courier company.
