Orders will be processed and shipped via Poslaju within 48 business hours once payment is cleared.
Normally it takes another 1-2 working days for Poslaju to arrange the delivery. Please contact us if you still didn't received your orders after 5 working days. Our working days are from Sunday to Thursday.
Although we try to maintain a stock level that matches expected demand, some popular item will run out of stock very quickily. In cases like that, we will contact you for the revised shipping timeframe.

These are all custom printed orders, we print them specially for you as soon as you ordered it.
We cannot accept returns or exchange for these custom printed products, we'll happily replace items that arrive damaged.
