We are using POS LAJU and City Link for our delivery.
· Please ensure your name, shipping address and contact number is correct.
· Note: POS LAJU service do not ship to PO Box address
· All orders will be processed within 24 hours from the time of payment received and will be sent out during weekday except public holiday.
· Delivery will take 3 working days for addresses within Peninsular Malaysia and 5- 7 working days for Sabah and Sarawak.
· Customer will be informed of courier tracking number via Lelong Update Shipping Details / Email once order is shipped.
· The tracking number can be used to track shipments through http://www.pos.com.my/pos/appl/service/sub_poslaju.asp or call 1300-300-300 for latest update.
· Delivery update is sometimes out of our control due to addressee not around at time of delivery, location address error, public holidays or delivery workload of POS LAJU.
· Please contact us if your parcel is not received within 4 working days after shipment. We shall not be responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from shipment date.

1. All items are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit, postage fee is excluded.
2. All items price are non-negotiable.
3. All items sold are not exchangeable or refundable.
4. Full refunds guarantee in case of out of stock.
5. There might be some color difference compare with actual items due to lighting and monitor setting.
6. Due to human measurement method is used, there might be 1-2cm variation. This will be considering as normal.
7. We only accept NetPay, credit card, cash bank-in or online transfer for payment through the above mentioned bank account.
8. All items are thoroughly inspected before delivery. We will fully responsible if the product(s) damaged on arrival due to delivery mishandling. Please report to us via email within 48 hours from the time of package arriving. Any report after 48 hours shall not be entertain.
9. We will ship out your item within 3 working days. We will contact you if the shipment will later than 3 working days. A shipment tracking reference also will update you after item posted out.
10. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions without prior notice when it deemed necessary.

PetaHub Marketing offers free "1 to 1 replacement" on all products items for the first 7 days upon receiving of goods (on manufacturer defects only).

Our return policy allows for item(s) return and your choice of a full refund or replacement item(s). However, we do have requirements for processing a return.
You may want to return your order due to any of the following reasons:
The product is damaged upon arrival
The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification
Not the product the customer ordered.
Missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging
Does not fit
Customer receives the size that was ordered but it does not match with the website description
The product does not match website specifications, description, or image (this issue is attributable to a website error/misinformation)
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:
- Returned item must be shipped back to us within fourteen (14) calendar days or report to our customer service team within 2 days after the item is received. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.
- Your proof of purchase (order number)
- The product must not fall into the non-returnable product list.
- The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
- The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
- All sealed must not be opened / broken. In case you have opened the seal, please refer for assistance to the relevant service center indicated on your warranty card.
- All the item label and bar code must be remain in original condition
