(A) DELIVERY POLICY

1. It is the buyers’ responsibility to ensure that their full address including street names and postcode are accurate.
2. P.O. Box addresses WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
3. If recipients/ buyers are not at home to receive their purchased order, they may contact the courier service within a stipulated timeframe for next delivery or pick up.
4. If the ordered products are not collected within the stipulated time, the ordered products will be returned to the seller (i.e. Kenzuqi). Buyers can contact our Customer Service at  012-363 7723 to make further arrangements.
5. We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
6. We deliver each order to one delivery address. If the buyers require to send items to two or more different addresses, the buyers should place a separate order for each address.
7. A Consignment Reference/ Order Tracking Reference Code will be sent to buyers once the items ordered are packed and ready for shipment/ delivery.

(B) DELIVERY LEAD TIME

1. Confirmed orders will be processed within the next working day, EXCLUDING Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.
2. All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated courier service provider from Monday to Friday, EXCLUDING Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
3. Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing):

1. For non-receipt of orders after the estimated delivery time frame, buyers can contact our Customer Service at  012-363 7723 to check on the delivery status
2. Sales, Promotion & Festive Periods:
3. During peak online sales and promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer than the estimated delivery time frame as stipulated above.
4. For festive seasons and promotional periods, buyers are advised to place order in advanced in order to receive the order within the estimated delivery time frame. Please allow a buffer delivery time frame of 7 to 14 working days in addition to the regular delivery lead time.

(C) SHIPPING FEE POLICY

1. All buyers who sign up for a shopper’s account at https://www.kenzuqi.com.my/ are entitled for free shipping privileges for delivery destination within Malaysia (i.e. Peninsular & East Malaysia).
2. The “SHIPPING FEE POLICY” is subject to changes by the Management of Kenzuqi. Should there be any changes made to the “SHIPPING FEE POLICY”, the Management of Kenzuqi shall post a notice to inform the shoppers and buyers on https://www.kenzuqi.com.my/.

(D) PROMOTION & DISCOUNTS POLICY

1. All promotions and discounts policies, terms and conditions are subject to changes under the sole discretion of the Management of Kenzuqi.
2. The latest promotions and discounts and/or any changes to the terms and conditions related to promotions or discounts shall be updated on https://www.kenzuqi.com.my/ from time to time, as and when it is required.

Prices
Our prices are based upon our high standard of work and quality of ingredients used. All prices are non-negotiable. Payment secures the listed prices and prevents any further price increases, except in the exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. increase in ingredients price, increase in fuel prices, etc.)

Order
To place an order, follow the instructions on the ordering pages of the website. You are able to amend or correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on the “Place Order Now” button on the "Payment Method" page.

You must provide the requested information for us to process your order. We reserve the rights to request further information from you at any time to enable us to complete your order and/or to comply with regulatory requirements. By placing an order, you confirm that the details contained in the order are correct in all respects. We will use various procedures to authenticate each transaction. Order details amendment is not allowed. 

A contract between you and us is formed when we receive your confirmation order and send you a confirmation email that your order has been accepted. Please print a copy of the confirmation page for your records. We may, at any time, decline to process your order or any part of your order for any reason including where insufficient or incorrect information has been provided, authentication has not been possible or an exchange rate has been quoted in error.

You will be required to choose your payment method at the time of online ordering. Payment is required upon placing an order. Cash on delivery is not accepted. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order summary and an invoice.

Cancellation
No refund for cancellation once the order is fulfilled.

Goods

All illustrations and descriptions displayed on ahheibkt.com.my website or distributed by email or in any other way are for guidance purposes only and will not form part of the contract. In all cases we will try to contact you to advise you of any such changes, however RESTORAN AH HEI reserves the right to replace these items of equal or better quality without consultation. We reserve the right to make alterations to the design, appearance and technical specifications of our products from time to time and at such time or at any other times, to make alterations to our advertised information concerning such Goods, without notice.

Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements
Some of our products contain herbs, so are not suitable for those suffering from intolerance or allergies to these particular foods. Please be aware that our food may/could contain traces of other herbs or related ingredients. RESTORAN AH HEI will not be held responsible for anyone suffering from herb allergies.

Storage and Consumption
Our product does not contain any additives or preservatives. We are therefore unable to make a warranty as to the frozen food will be having the exact same taste and appearance for every batches. We are also unable to make a warranty as to the length of time for which the food will remain fit for consumption. We do however recommend our food are best eaten within 1 month from delivery but they can be stored up to 3 months. All food need to be stored in freezer or a cool dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep the food in the manner prescribed by us.

Delivery Conditions
Our products are to be delivered to you at a requested address. We do delivery within Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia for Frozen Food). It is essential that during delivery, someone is in to receive the products. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for any second attempt of shipment.

RESTORAN AH HEI would not be held liable for any damage that is rendered to our products at the advised destination once the products has been delivered. We require somebody responsible, to check that they receive the products in good conditions upon delivery. If product is found damage upon receiving, customer should not accept the parcel and immediately return to the courier representative. Once the products has been delivered and signed for, RESTORAN AH HEI is unable to accept any liability neither for any damage sustained to the products thereafter nor for any failure to follow the instructions provided.

Force Majeure
Neither we, nor any courier service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.

Complaints
We take all complaints very seriously. If you experience any problem with our products, complaints must be made within [24] hours upon receiving the products.

Returns & Refunds.
Due to hygiene and quality reasons we do not accept any returns.

Shipping
Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a customer receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

The maximum refund offered is the value of the product. Further compensation is not available. We ask for patience with factors that may be beyond our control (e.g. traffic conditions etc.) as we cannot be held liable for any such delays.

Damaged item during shipment

RESTORAN AH HEI would not be held liable for any damage that is rendered to our products at the advised destination once the products has been delivered. The customer is responsible to check that they receive the products in good conditions upon delivery. If product is found damage upon receiving, customer should not accept the parcel and immediately return to the courier representative. Once the products has been delivered and signed for, RESTORAN AH HEI is unable to accept any liability neither for any damage sustained to the products thereafter nor for any failure to follow the instructions provided. However customer may make their own claim with the respective courier company.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
