How much is my shipping charges?
Within Malaysia - There are 2 delivery option if you are within Malaysia.
1) Pick up from outlets (Free) - you can choose from the listed outlets
2) Cash on delivery (RM5) - we do have delivery service within listed Klang Valley area (exclude KL)
3) Poslaju (weight base rate) - goods will be delivery via Poslaju service
Outsite Malaysia - Shipping Fee accourding to FedEX rates upon checkout.
Clause: Apart from shipping charges, the customer is responsible and liable for all custom duties, import tax, broker fees or other possible additional custom handling charges. Duties and import taxes are only applicable to certain countries. Please check with your local custom department for these possible charges. If incurred the duties/import taxes billing would be delivered by our carriers, FedEx either on the day of the package to be sent to the customer or in a few weeks thereafter.

Yes, we ship internationally. But, we'd like to stress that all delivery to physical addresses only as our shipping carrier Do Not deliver to P.O. Box or mailbox addresses dmobileonline.com only ships on Monday to Friday (exclude weekends and public holidays). Please be sure that an authorized adult will be at the shipping address given to sign for your package. dmobileonline.com is not responsible for lost or stolen if there is nobody at the shipping address given to sign for your package when the courier attempt or if the package was signed by an UN-authorized party at that address. dmobileonline.com will NOT responsible for any package lost if consignee signed a "signature release form." If your order is being delivered to an office, hotel, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of receptionists, and similar upon delivery and we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order upon their signature/acceptance. Delivery delay due to the customs delay, incorrect address, public holiday, and unable to locate the address are beyond our control.
What is the shipping policy?
If you would like to re-route your package after receiving the FedEx tracking number from us, please kindly email us within 24 hours on the changes to your shipping address and you will have to pay for the re-routing charges by FedEx.

The returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging and/or including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the products. Failure to do so will result in your request for refund being rejected.
