Shipping Method :
Pos Laju or Courier Service
In normal circumstance, the item will be delivered to your location around 3-8 working days. Rural areas and custom clearance might take some extra days for delivery.
How we handle your shipment :
We take good care of our product as our customer does. We wrap our shipment in a good condition. Wrapping bubbles, packing peanuts and wrapping paper may be used to protect the item. We don't want our customer has a bad surprise when received the item.
After done the packing of the item, we will cover up the product by a standard brown paper or put inside the carton box and seal it with tape. This is to make sure the item is put in a safety place when delivery.
Once everything is ready to ship, we will prepare the shipment with AWB (Air Way Bill). All of our item, even a very small piece one, will have a tracking number to let our customer knows where is their item. We will call for courier service to come our side to pick up or deliver to their service counter.
So, just leave your shipment with peace of mind after your online purchase with us.
Please be noted that Non-Paying Bidder / Joy bidder will be reported to lelong and negative feedback will be left.
- Payment must be made in full within 7 days fo auction close. If winner did not pay within the timeframe we reserve the rights to cancel the deal and resell the item without prior notice.

If the situation happens, we will place an order from our supplier and it may takes around 3-4 weeks for deliver to out side. Don't worry as we will inform you if this situation is happen, and we will ship it immediately to you once received the restock.
How about the collectibles item, does it comes with any warranty?
The collectibles isn't comes with any warranty, but we offer 7 days return if you are not satisfy with the product. Please be noted that the buyer is responsible to pay the postage for the refund.
