Delivery cut off time

*Any payment made before cut off time we will courier your item out on that working day. Otherwise will be courier out the next working day.

Stock Availability

In the event of non-stock availability for a specific order, the seller would contact the buyer for a decision to be placed on backorder or to proceed with a full-refund thus not wasting any time for both parties.

Combine Shipping

We allow combine shipping if buyers purchase multiple items from us and the shipping fee is calculated based on the actual weight. The system will automatically calculate the combined shipping fee and show it on the checkout page.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items are passed to you upon our delivery to the courier service.

Return/ Replacement/ Exchange

• If a product is defective, damaged during transportation, or an incorrect product is delivered, please send us an email within 14 days of the arrival of the product. Please email on working days (not on Saturdays and Sundays or during the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and summer holidays). We apologize for any inconvenience.
• We do not accept requests for the return or replacement of a product or the cancellation of a completed order when the request made for a reason attributable to the customer. Please confirm the product name and quantity before placing your order.
