Risk of Loss
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items are passed to you upon our delivery to the courier service.
All sales are final unless the item is defective upon receipt.
We do accept exchange and return. Applicable only within Malaysia.
You cannot change your order items once the payment is confirmed.
Out of stock notification takes 3 working days. You can replace with other items or request for full refund if any ordered good is out of stock.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you may return your purchase in UNUSED, UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition in the original packaging within 7 days upon receiving the item.
Return is accepted one time per order.
Any delay will not be entertained. Customers bear the cost of shipping the item back to us. Also, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Customers have to contact us to request return.
2. Remark the order ID on the consignment notes or put notice in the parcel. Then customers are highly recommended to mail the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. We will not proceed with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail.
3. We will process your request within 5 working days from the day we receive your parcel.
If you would like to change to another item or color or size, please contact us and return the item to us.
Exchange is accepted one time per order, and one item per order if 2 items in an order. We do accept up to 50% exchange if more than 4 items per order.
INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We apologize for mailing you an incorrect / defective item(s)*.
All exchange MUST be done within 7 days upon receiving the item. All exchanges will be done by mail. We will reimburse you the normal postage for mailing the incorrect / defective item(s) back to us. Cost of re-delivery will be borne by us.
*There may be a 0.5”- 1” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
*Colors of products shown in the website may deviate slightly due to resolution of monitor screen and strong studio lighting used. This will not be considered as a defect.
