Prescription Verification for US Customer Only
Contact lenses are prescription medical devices and no matter the lens is with prescription or without, under the "US Contact Lens Policy", all contact lens sellers are required to ask for a valid prescription when a buyer decides to purchase any contact lenses. In view of this, we have implemented a prescription verification system that is in compliance with the rules and currently apply to US customers only. Please email or attach a copy of your eye doctor prescription with doctor’s name and valid email address for our verification purposes. The verification process takes 12 hours and if we received no response from your eye doctor, your prescription will be assumed as valid and your order will be processed accordingly.
Other Terms and Conditions
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods to you. (No P.O. Box or military addresses).
- Every order will be processed within 1-2 working days upon receiving payment unless the item is out of stock and we will send email to notify you. Please make sure the email is valid and active.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully shipped–it will include your Order ID, shipping method and tracking number.
- PLEASE ENSURE YOU TRACK YOUR PARCEL AND YOU CAN AVOID ANY UNNECESSARY DELAYS OR COSTS.
- We are not liable of any lost in transit product during shipment after we shipped out the product.
- Please ensure you use the product with proper hygenic care as recommended and follow the instruction of expiry date and life span of the product after opening.

Warranty: We provide warranty on manufacturer defect within 10 days from the receipt date.
The definitions of defects are as follows:
· Contact lens was torn in SEALED bottle/pack
· Contact lens was in odd shape in SEALED bottle/pack
· Contact lens was expired in SEALED bottle/pack
Customer must take a photo of the defects and email to us accordingly. Customers may return merchandise for an exchange within 10 days from the receipt date. Returned defects products will be inspected. Exchange will be made after inspection. STRICTLY NO REFUND. Exchange will be void if the products shown sign of usage. Kara Vision reserves the right not to entertain any defect report file after 10 days of grace period.
1. Return shipping cost is borne by customer.
2. To ensure safe delivery, you should ship your package using trackable carrier. We are unable to process further if packages lost or damage during transit.
3. Exchange of product due to defects takes approximately 15 days – 21 days.
4. Please include your Order ID in all your correspondences.
Incorrect Address: Make sure the shipping address you provided is correct and complete, we are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned due to this, we can ship it again upon receiving the new shipping payment.
Lost shipment: It is rare that an order gets lost but if this happens and your package does not arrive within 3 weeks since the shipping date, please contact carrier company.
Incorrect Item: If you have not receive what you ordered, you can return it and we will ship the correct item at our cost.
