(A) DELIVERY POLICY

It is the buyers’ responsibility to ensure that their full address including street names and postcode is accurate.
P.O. box addresses WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
If recipients/ buyers are not at home to receive their purchased order, they may contact the courier service within a stipulated timeframe for the next delivery or pick up.
If the ordered products are not collected within the stipulated time, the ordered products will be returned to the seller (i.e. Full Fresh Mart Sdn Bhd). Buyers can contact our Customer Service at 03-1234 1234 to make further arrangements.
We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
We deliver each order to one delivery address. If the buyers require to send items to two or more different addresses, the buyers should place a separate order for each address.
A Consignment Reference/ Order Tracking Reference Code will be sent to buyers once the items ordered are packed and ready for shipment/ delivery.

(B) DELIVERY LEAD TIME

Confirmed orders will be processed within the next working day, EXCLUDING Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.
All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated courier service provider from Monday to Friday, EXCLUDING Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.

Sales, Promotion & Festive Periods:
During peak online sales and promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer than the estimated delivery time frame as stipulated above.
For festive seasons and promotional periods, buyers are advised to place orders in advance in order to receive the order within the estimated delivery time frame. Please allow a buffer delivery time frame of 7 to 14 working days in addition to the regular delivery lead time.

(C) SHIPPING FEE POLICY

All buyers who sign up for a shopper’s account at https://www.fullfreshmart.com.my/ are entitled to free shipping privileges for delivery destinations within Malaysia (i.e. Peninsular & East Malaysia).
The “SHIPPING FEE POLICY” is subject to changes by the Management of Full Fresh Mart Sdn Bhd. Should there be any changes made to the “SHIPPING FEE POLICY”, the Management of Full Fresh Mart Sdn Bhd shall post a notice to inform the shoppers and buyers on https://www.fullfreshmart.com.my/.

(D) PROMOTION & DISCOUNTS POLICY

All promotions and discounts policies, terms and conditions are subject to changes under the sole discretion of Full Fresh Mart Sdn Bhd.
The latest promotions and discounts and/or any changes to the terms and conditions related to promotions or discounts shall be updated on https://www.fullfreshmart.com.my/from time to time, as and when it is required.

All FREE GIFTS mentioned in products description is subject to availability while stocks last, if buyer concerning about free gift, please enquire before place order.
All sales are final unless the item is defective upon receipt.
Customer satisfaction is always our priority and please contact us first if you meet any problems with your order before you leave negative feedback. We will assist you to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Please take note that the warranty does not cover:

Damages to item did deliberately or improper handling of it.
Damages to products caused by either impact, liquid, sand or insect, natural disaster, and the act of God. Modifying, repairing the product without written consent.

If there is a defect in the items you receive or we send you the wrong items, please kindly contact us within 3 working days and deliver back to us within 7 working days.

Please keep the packaging well and return the goods as a whole.
We offer a 7 working days return period, with the buyer paying the return postage.

Full Fresh Mart Sdn Bhd will not be responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit. However, customers may claim compensation for the relevant delivery company.
Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund or replacement within 7 business days after the confirmation.

Policy on Out-of-Stock Items
Scenario 1:
All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.
In this case, we will contact you and we may ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products that are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives or we will refund to you for those items out of stock.

Scenario 2:
The product was already out of stock when you made the order.
In this case, we will ship all products in the order only when the new stock for the out-of-stock product arrives However, in some situations we might ship the products that are available first.
