SOP of Handling Complaints
1. Before sending back any item to us, please verify with us through PM, email or whatsapp.
2. Then, PM, email or whatsapp us the image showing problem area of the item.
3. Kindly provide your name, address, pos laju tracking number.
4. We will evaluate with our logistics partner and reply you within 1 or 2 days.
5. Jimart reserves the rights of "goods sold are not returnable".

Terms and Conditions of Returns
1. You have 7 calendar days (starts from the date you received your goods) to return an item to us in its original condition.
2. Original condition means with exactly the same item, same colour, size, and packing as shown on webpage.
3. We will not entertain used items, or the original packing is broken or out of shape.
4. We only responsible to items by manufacturer defects or items missing / broken during delivery transit, other reason won't be accept / entertain.
5. Please follow our SOP of returns:
1. Once confirmed you can get replacement, please courier back the item to us.
2. Attach with the courier receipt. (if any)
3. Once we receive the goods, we will resend you new item within 3 working days.
6. All the notify email over 7 calendar days won't be accept / entertain.
7. Buyer will bear / responsible for all the freight handling / shipping fees to reship the package.
8. Payment claims / refunds only applicable for item price, shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility which is not refundable. (Kindly provide correct bank account info with relevant bank account number and bank account holder's full name)
9. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

A: Yes, if it is due to shipping or manufacturing issue.
4. If I am not satisfied with the item as prescribed at webpage, can I return it?
A: Yes, you have 7 calendar days to return an item to us in its original condition (terms and conditions applied). Please note that, no refund will be entertained. However, exchange of goods with same or lesser value is allowed.
5. For example, if I found the item received is not satisfy after 7 calendar days, can I still get replacement?
A: We are sorry, all the notification, PM or email over 7 calendar days won't be accept / entertain.
